| Rules & Regulations: PIAA Modified Rules, Double Elimination, Head Gear Optional, 1 Lb. Weight Allowance, Age as of 12/31/11, Age Challenges Permitted, Bring a Copy of Your Birth Certificate (DO NOT MAIL!) Enter Only One Age Division & Weight Class, Tournament Committee Reserves the Right to Combine Weight Classes, Referee’s and/or Tournament Director’s Decisions are Final! |
| Skin Check: Skin checks may be performed. If any wrestler is found to have a suspicious rash or skin condition they will not be permitted to wrestle. (Refunds at our discretion) |
| Novice Definition: Any 1st or 2nd year wrestler will be considered to be a “novice.” Coaches must verify a wrestler to be a novice. We ask everyone to be fair and considerate when making this determination. |
| Bout Lengths: All divisions 1-1-1, One 1-Minute Sudden Death Overtime Period, Double Overtime will be a 30-Second Ride Out |

| Other Notes: Wrestling to begin approximately one hour after close of weigh-ins. This is a NON-SEEDED tournament. (Pairings will be by random drawing only.) The cafeteria will be open all day. Absolutely no food or drinks in gym. The Punxsutawney Area School District is Tobacco Free, Buildings and Grounds Both. |
